These terms govern your use of the Radiant Image To PDF Android app and website. Effective August 9, 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing or using Radiant Image To PDF or this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Using the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for lawful personal or business document tasks, subject to these terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, distribute malicious code, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Your files and content

You retain ownership of the images, scans, PDFs and other content you use with the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process and share that content.

You are also responsible for reviewing completed documents and maintaining backups of important files. Do not rely on the app as the only copy or storage location for critical documents.

Our intellectual property

The app, website, branding, interface, software and related materials are owned by Radiant Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Third-party services

The app or website may link to or work with third-party services, including Google Play and apps you choose for sharing. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and disclaimers

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generated file will meet every external technical or legal requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may revise these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
